Fans of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition have famous for a while that 4J Studios is taking care of a new DLC titled the Candy Texture Pack.  Gamers were given their first hidden glance at the upcoming add-on on April 4 when Xbox Wire announced that Minecraft has now sold over 12 million copies for the Xbox 360 alone.

In other Minecraft news, it had been recently said the Xbox 360 version of the game has now moved a lot more than 12 million units, while Minecraft: PS3 Edition was the top sold game for that console around the PS Store during the month of March.  In fact, the sport has held that honor monthly since the PS3 version of Minecraft first launched the 2009 December.

The Skyrim Mash-up pack will bring new textures, pre-built structures, music, and UI elements from The Elder Scrolls series into player's Minecraft game worlds.  Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is otherwise engaged now being a digital download via Xbox Live Arcade.  The game can also be found in stores after the title received a physical retail disc release earlier this summer.

The server software requires that 1GB of ram be invested in it all the time, so having 2GB will likely be enough to operate both server and Ubuntu itself (along with another programs that may be running). Bandwidth can be very important so that you can avoid getting lag in your server, so ensure that you possess a sufficiently strong connection to support numerous players simultaneously. For larger servers, 100mbit speeds are perfect. It is not recommended to chance a Minecraft server on a machine that plays about the server, since this can cause huge amounts of lag.

"Minecraft PS4 Edition" and "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" should turn out to be big sellers too.
